How do I order?

Ordering is as easy as signing up and getting verified. Dr. FeelGood Delivery automated process allows each patient the comfort of becoming verified right from their mobile device, pc, or tablet. Once the patient is verified ordering is as simple as entering a delivery address into the home screen after logging in. Or if you prefer you can save an address into your profile.

What happens after I submit an order?

Once you submit an order you will receive an SMS text from us confirming your order has been placed. The order is sent to the dispensary pending approval. Whether your order is approved or denied you will receive another notification from us letting you know the outcome.

Do I need to be verified to place an order?

Yes, we follow all rules/regulations of Arizona Prop 203. Also it is for the safety off all parties involved.

How long does it take to get verified?

Getting Verified happens on the same day that you submit your MMJ Card information. On average it takes 15-30 min. The best part you only have to register one time.

Can I order medical marijuana if I don’t have a state issued medical marijuana card?

No, you must obtain a doctor’s recommendation then apply for your Arizona MMJ card. We have doctors that we work with that can help you with the process of receiving an Arizona MMJ Card. Contact Us for more information.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, the information stored on Dr. FeelGood Delivery complies with HIPAA and AMMA regulations to ensure that we take the utmost care and pride to protect you at all times.

Do you accept debit/credit cards?

Yes, deliveries are Credit Card or Cash only and are paid at the time of delivery. We are one of the few services that accept debit/credit cards. There is a $3 Fee

Do you accept health insurance?

At this time NO. We are working very hard to make this a possibility in the near future.

Can I get my delivery anywhere?

Just about! You don’t have to be at your home to request a delivery. Whether you’re on the go or just about anywhere we will deliver to you. As long as you are within the current delivery service area. We prohibit deliveries to schools, parks, churches, and a couple other places. If you would like to find out if you can get a delivery to a specific location please submit an inquiry in our Contact Us page.

Do I need to tip my delivery driver?

Tips are definitely appreciated. Our drivers do their best to go above and beyond to provide On Time Deliveries. Here is a hint * When we found out a driver has been tipped, we always throw in an extra item the next time you order.*

Are there refunds/ returns/ exchanges?

Yes, again this is what sets Dr. FeelGood apart from the others. If our patient is not happy we are not happy. As long as the order has been just tested and still within a gram or less. We will exchange with a smile or give a full refund. Sometimes it’s just not your flavor once you see it or try it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel an order at any time in your profile leading up to the hour before your order is scheduled to be dispatched from the dispensary. We understand “Life Happens” please try to be respectful as our drivers usually have multiple orders.

How does the points system work?
